  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution support for the 2026 Climate and Health Conference and the Illinois Climate and Health Interdisciplinary Collaborative, including agenda and session development, advisory committee management, speaker recruitment and outreach, meeting facilitation, logistical coordination, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with OSI project management team to support strategy, development, and execution of the flooding and rainstorm impacts project.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Experience and knowledge in research methods and data collection.
  • Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams, including public health practitioners, researchers, and community partners.
  • Proficiency in statistical and analytical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, or Python) and experience working with large administrative datasets.
