In this role you'll partner with our Digital & Technology teams leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive the bank's digital transformation to bring exceptional tech talent through our doors and keep our transformation moving.

As our Senior Recruitment Business Partner for the Digital & Technology portfolio, you'll strategically attract, identify and secure the specialist talent that powers Kiwibank's key tech stack and transformation programmes. Partnering closely with D&T leaders, you'll champion internal mobility, embed diversity, equity and inclusion at every touchpoint, and harness AI and data-driven tools to deliver a market-leading recruitment experience , supporting our ambition to be Aotearoa's employer of choice.

Proven experience recruiting for digital and technology roles, ideally within a transformation envi ronment

Confident sourcing and building talent pipelines for specialist skills across a modern technology stack

Demonstrated success championing internal mobility and inclusive, evidence-based hiring

Expertise in using AI, recruitment systems and data-driven tools to elevate recruitment delivery

Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with technology leaders to influence talent decisions

Experienced in driving recruitment projects and continuous improvement from scoping through to delivery
