The Pre-Construction Director — Scotland is one of the most senior commercial roles in the business. Based across our Scottish operation, you will own the GP and revenue targets for the Scotland pod, lead a team of estimators, surveyors and pre-construction managers, and be Harmony’s most senior pre-construction presence in the region — visible to clients, credible in negotiations and the face of our capability across the Scottish market.

This is a leadership role at the heart of how Harmony wins, plans and sets up every project for delivery. It is about bringing the right energy, accountability and resilience to our mission of saving lives through fire and height safety.
