CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company , is a rapidly growing provider of occupational health services with over 50 locations nationwide . We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team.

Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Pay Range: $120,000-$140,000

What You’ll Do

  • Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures , including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular).
  • Provide occupational health services , including DOT exams and treatment of workers' compensation injuries .
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system .
  • Serve as a clinical leader , ensuring high-quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care .
  • Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team.
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in both fast-track and main emergency department settings.
  • Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program .
  • Active PA or NP license in the applicable state.
  • Current DEA license .
  • BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification .

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and patients while maintaining a patient-centered mindset that values inclusivity, respect, and individualized care.
  • Participates in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
