- Strong embedded C/C++ skills for real-time microcontroller systems.
- Sound understanding of reliable firmware design and structured releases.
- Experience with functional safety, ideally SIL2/SIL3.
- Confident in testing, verification, documentation and version control.
- Systematic, quality-driven mindset with clear ownership.
- Fluent in written English and German.
