Event Specialist

Elevare Branding is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our growing team in San Antonio. In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events that support our clients' branding and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and event participants to ensure every event is delivered with professionalism and exceptional quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure seamless event operations.
• Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and timeline management.
• Monitor event preparation to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Support on-site event operations and resolve issues efficiently when needed.
• Maintain event documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall event experience.
• Ensure all events reflect the company's brand standards and objectives.
