  • Easy-to-use APIs to facilitate procurement from multiple suppliers,
  • Business model adapted for operators / MNOs: network modernization reducing investment costs,
  • Rapid innovation: large-scale virtual infrastructure,
  • Simplified management portal or API.

What will the activity involve?

Your role is to define, prioritize and drive the product strategy of a Core Network as a Service solution (4G & 5G), enabling mobile operators worldwide to launch, operate and scale mobile services for their end customers. As a product owner, you will :

  • Own the product backlog: write, prioritize, and refine epics and user stories in close collaboration with engineering, architecture, IT and operations,
  • Define functional perimeter of the 4G/5G CNaaS platform and associated service bundles,
  • Define and prioritize northbound / southbound integrations (OSS, BSS, IMS…),
  • Translate customer requirements and regulatory constraints into clear, actionable product specifications,
  • Define carrier-grade service requirements including SLA, scalability, resilience, geo-redundancy, security and complianceSupport presales and solution architects during customer engagements,
  • Coordinate with technology and business partners to build joint go-to-market propositions,
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within an agile framework (Scrum/SAFe),
  • Track KPIs (product adoption, time-to-deliver, customer NPS) and report progress to executive sponsors,
  • Manage dependencies and risk across multiple workstreams (platform engineering, network operations, security, billing),
  • Ensure alignment with internal IT / OSS / BSS roadmaps, vendor roadmaps and strategic transformation initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Engineering degree or equivalent,
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in telecom or network services,
  • Experience working with or within a telecom vendor environment,
  • Strong hands-on understanding of 4G/5G core networks, including EPC and 5GC architectures,
  • Understanding of 3GPP standards,
  • Good knowledge of cloud-native / virtualized network environments,
  • Experience working with OSS/BSS, service operations, and managed service environments,
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear product requirements and business value,
  • Fluent in English and French,
  • Strong communication, writing and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with roaming world, IMS / VoLTE / VoNR,
  • Experience with Kubernetes, NFV, telecom cloud or automation/orchestration platforms.
