Oracle Finance Functional Analyst
Job description
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant in Implementation, Support, Rollout, and Migration projects.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), E-Business Tax (EB Tax), and Oracle Financials for India (OFI).
- Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, production support, and issue resolution across Oracle Financial modules.
- Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, unit testing, integration testing (SIT), UAT, end-user training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Experience in coordinating onsite/offshore teams, managing deliverables, and resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementation, migration, rollout, or AMS support engagement.
- Ability to prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and provide Functional & Technical Specifications for customizations, workflows, reports, interfaces, and forms.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Finance business processes and integration with other Oracle modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
