Job description

About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

As a Data Center Recruiter at Nebius, you’ll shape how we attract and hire the people who build the foundations of our business. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People and Operations to design scalable, inclusive hiring strategies that fuel Nebius’ growth across regions.

You’ll partner directly with hiring managers across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and Engineering, owning end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers and first-line management roles that keep our data centres operational.

This is a delivery-focused role with a high degree of ownership. You’ll manage recruitment campaigns across multiple countries, build talent pipelines for future site launches and work closely with stakeholders to ensure hiring keeps pace with our infrastructure growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management.
  • Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations and first-line management roles across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future data centre launches.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and labour market challenges.
  • Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and agency partnerships where appropriate.
  • Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and candidate experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Provide market insight to hiring managers on candidate availability, compensation and competitor activity.
  • Support regional hiring campaigns and workforce mobilisation as new data centres come online.
  • Build long-term relationships within the data centre community and develop future talent pipelines.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience recruiting within Data Centres, IT Infrastructure, Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial or another technical environment.
  • Strong experience managing multiple technical vacancies across different countries or business areas.
  • Excellent sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence when appropriate.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
  • A high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys delivering. You’ll be trusted to own your area, solve problems, build strong stakeholder relationships and consistently deliver high-quality hires into one of the most critical parts of the business.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams

What's it like to work at Nebius:
