Automotive Infotainment Documentation and Requirements Management Specialist - GEI
Experience: 5 to 8 years | Location: Onsite - Czech Republic | Positions: 1
Languages: English - mandatory, Czech - good to have, German - optional
Role Summary
Manage platform and program-specific documentation and requirements, owning document distribution and access and ALM specification management in line with ASPICE.
Key Responsibilities
- Create schedules from PM assignments and manage platform and program-specific documentation.
- Submit documentation via the document management system and administer user access; maintain the documentation list with development partners.
- Manage shared repositories (SharePoint, Confluence, Teams) and distribution lists, and create reporting templates.
- Manage and support functional and test specifications in the ALM tool, including creation and adaptation of functional modules and attribute definition.
- Import and export functional modules, specifications and open-points modules and hand over to suppliers.
- Administer ALM access for internal users and ensure ASPICE and documentation compliance.
Work Experience
Required Skills
- 5 to 8 years in documentation and requirements management, automotive preferred.
- Hands-on ALM (e.g. Codebeamer) and document management system administration.
- ASPICE documentation knowledge and requirements management practice.
- English at B2 or above.
- Tools and systems: ALM (Codebeamer), OEM document management systems through the customer portal, SharePoint, Confluence and Teams; requirements management and ASPICE tooling.
Good to Have
- SharePoint, Confluence and Teams repository administration.
Education
Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Management or a related field.
