In a nutshell
As a IT Knowledge & Documentation Analyst (IT infrastructure analyst) within the IT Knowledge Management team, you will play a key role in improving how knowledge, documentation, and communication are managed across Eurofins IT. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from technical experts and support engineers to senior IT leadership, to ensure high-quality documentation, knowledge-sharing practices, communication standards, and training initiatives. This role combines business analysis, technical writing, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement in an international IT environment.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
This hybrid position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

By supporting the continuous improvement of IT Knowledge Management, documentation, and communication practices across Eurofins IT. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure knowledge is effectively captured, maintained, and shared, while promoting consistency, quality, and best practices across documentation and communication processes.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have:
- 3 years' experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience managing content on knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint or Confluence.
- Experience creating and publishing Knowledge Base articles using platforms such as BMC Helix or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and associated tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience delivering training and knowledge transfer activities.
- Strong analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to balance high-level process thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, IT Service Management, and Information Security concepts.
Nice to have:
- Project Management certification.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline or other eLearning tools.
- Video editing experience (e.g. Clipchamp).
- Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
