Guest Service Officer - Telecommunication
Job description
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Guest Service Officer - Telecommunication, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience once they arrive!
- Effectively manage all calls to the hotel as per the company's Brand Standards
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
- To be constantly aware of the room situation and to strive to obtain maximum occupancy
- To attend to the hotel guests in all communication from inside and outside the hotel
- To be aware of the hotel's security, fire, and safety procedures
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
- 2 to 5 years' experience, depending on education and career background
- Languages: fluent in English and a 2nd language would be a plus
