Looking to step up in hospitality? We’re on the hunt for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our awesome team at Mercure Perth on Hay.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:
- Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors and guests have a memorable and wonderful stay and great dining experience.
- Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Recruit, train and welcome new F&B team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way.
- Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience or strong F&B experience and ready for the nest step in your career
- Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager – essential
- Flexible with hours – able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus!
