Job description

This role monitors deliverables and assesses impact to strategic initiatives; reports on progress to department leadership. This role works under the direction of the department leader and their management team to identify, prioritizes, coordinate and manage various initiatives across the respective teams designed to change process, remove barriers, and achieve strategic deliverables. To be effective in this role, the candidate must be analytical, highly collaborative, and enjoy working within a fast-paced, digital environment that is equally results-driven and customer-centric. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

What you do

  • Proactively ensuring that the department leader is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and discussions, as well as enabling and equipping their ELT member for all topics related to the function both in terms of content , planning and communications.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and actively clarifies their expectations and requirements
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Support the project management of all major department projects and requests to ensure that the delivery of content and logistics are on-time and of great quality
  • Supporting the function as the main point of contact for incoming requests related to the function with the ability to coordinate, gather, and distribute the correct content for project execution and deliverable sign-offs within the department

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience technology, finance related.

  • The annualized base pay range for this role is $140,000 - 170,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, ATA also offers eligibility for an incentive-based annual bonus.
