What You Will Do
- Responsible for creating Proactive safe culture by identifying Hazard identification & unsafe working conditions
- Leading problem-solving and developing Mistake proofing solution.
- Identifying & Implementing Process Automation
- Driving MES implementation and Smart factory initiatives
- Creating & updating Process FMEA and RPN reduction recommendation
- Configuration & ECN Management handling and driving team on effective implementation
- Supporting production team on meeting Monthly Customer demand by driving unresolved Product issues and taking up with Engineering team until getting solution for each problem.
- Conducting Productivity improvement projects by analyzing & improving existing production processes continuously, schedules, and workflows and coming with innovative ideas for improvement.
- Designing Fixture and development for process improvements
- Identifying and implement strategies to reduce Cost saving target (PIP savings) inorder to meet yearly cost savings target & to reduce CPH (cost per hour)
- Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP
- Hands on experience in Wire Soldering & Crimping process.
- Coaching and guiding team members during difficult situations
- PPAP process & NPD launch
- Should have skills designing efficient layouts for facilities and equipment to optimize space utilization and workflow.
- Collaboration: Should work with various teams, including management, other engineers, and production staff, to implement solutions and ensure smooth operations.
- Accountability: Taking end to end responsibility of product line assigned
- Having Cognitive flexibility and curiosity, which allows you to learn rapidly and adapt to handle any situation

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering – Mechanical or Electronics and communication Engineering
- 6+ years of hands-on experience Manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of Factory automation
- Time study concepts & Productivity improvements
- Familiarity with Auto CAD for creating and updating factory Layout
