This role is to support, design and communicate our aftermarket products to the sales organization and our customer base. It is a hands-on role that requires intellectual curiosity about our products and how they support the industry.

What You Will Do

Become an expert in aftermarket product structures, identifying relevance to customers and supporting the sales teams through the approval process

Develop and update aftermarket product suite

Help to create new products to effectively meet customer requirements while maintaining or increasing PW profitability

Update our maintenance reserve tables for all engine families

Work with business development and strategy teams to identify market opportunities and develop products to meet internal and external customer requirements

Design value presentations for various product offerings

Assist with updating and maintaining Marketing presentations

Support various conferences globally as a marketing representative and expert in aftermarket products

Travel domestically and internationally to meet the needs of the business.

Work to support business needs using various meeting methods (onsite, zoom) and across time zones.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include the following:

Experience with large scale data modeling software

Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Prior responsibility communicating complex ideas in straightforward ways to wide audiences including management, Sales, and customers

Experience using customer management systems

Influential leadership skills to support project work with cross functional teams

Cross cultural business experience

Qualifications We Prefer

5+ of prior aviation or aerospace experience

Business, marketing, or engineering degree preferred

Experience using PowerBI or Microsoft CRM

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
