Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications and will leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance team productivity. This role requires collaboration within an Agile environment, focusing on creating robust solutions and driving automation in CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of customer-facing applications, ensuring high scalability and performance.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to innovate and maintain code quality.
• Architect and implement reusable services that cater to millions of users.
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to ensure team health and foster an inclusive culture.
• Translate complex technical architectures into understandable terms for stakeholders.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience building applications, with demonstrated depth in either frontend or backend development.
• Deep proficiency in either Angular (frontend) or Java/Node.js (backend), with hands-on experience building robust solutions in your area of specialization.
• Solid foundational knowledge and practical experience in your non-primary stack, with demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt across the full stack.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or OpenShift, focusing on distributed cloud applications and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Figma for design integration.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and software design patterns.
• Experience in high-frequency CI/CD environments.
• Exposure to mobile frameworks (iOS/Android/Cross-platform).
• Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or software development methodologies are a plus.
