Honor Foods is looking for a finance leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading high-performing teams, and improving financial operations.
If you're experienced in vendor rebates, trade spend, customer incentives, buying groups, or financial program management, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Own
✔ Vendor rebate programs
✔ Customer incentive programs
✔ Buying Group & GPO administration
✔ Revenue recovery
✔ Financial reporting & reconciliations
✔ Vendor claims & customer payouts
✔ Process improvement & automation
✔ Leadership of the Rebate & Data Control teams
You'll Be Successful If You Have
- 5+ years in rebate, trade spend, commercial finance, revenue management, or financial operations
- Leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- A passion for improving processes and solving problems
