Delivery

• Unloading the bags from vehicle
• Scan the shipments
• Primary Sorting and Secondary sorting
• Outscan the shipments as per delivery route
• Delivering the shipment as per package address only 6 Take an acknowledge form customers through device ( BYOD)
• Update correct status code for undelivered shipments at customer address
• Delivery process will be briefed through a training
• Handing over of cod amount on the same day to the supervisor
• Undelivered shipments needs to be handed over to the supervisor
• Proper dress code and carry field bags all the delivery points Pickup
• Pickup as per SOP
• Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing 3.Check if serviceable location
• Count number of shipments at the customer and take acknowledgement on the pickup sheet
• Inscan the shipment at the office and handle Rapid entry
• Primary and secondary sorting of the shipments
• Bagging process
• Canvas bags to be Loaded in to the vehicle
• Reaching location for timely connection
