Schedule : 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm | No weekends! No holidays! Department: PACE of Southwest Michigan | Niles, MI & St. Joesph, MI

The Occupational Therapist provides participant-centered evaluations, treatments, and interventions that help participants maintain independence, safety, and quality of life at home, at PACE of Southwest Michigan, and in the community. As part of the interdisciplinary care team, this role contributes to individualized care planning and ongoing coordination to support successful community living and aging with dignity.
