Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | 2026-2027 School Year
Location: Morris, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
School Year: August 6, 2026 (In-Service) – Approximately May 27, 2027

Position Details
- Full-time, onsite position
- School year begins August 6, 2026 with district in-service
- School year ends approximately May 27, 2027
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (7.5-hour workday)
- Provide services across four school buildings
- Consistent weekday schedule with evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks off
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide individualized therapy services
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, families, and other related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Support students in developing the communication skills needed for academic, social, and functional success
- This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to work with students across four school buildings while collaborating with educators, administrators, and related service providers to help students achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Current Illinois IDFPR Speech-Language Pathology License required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- School-based experience is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary: $60,000-$70,000
