Content Marketing Manager
Job description
This role owns how Setmore tells its story to the world. From landing pages and industry pages to feature launches, customer stories, SEO content and AI search optimisation, you'll be responsible for building a content engine that consistently brings new users to Setmore.
This is a hands on role. We already have a content team, but we're looking for someone who can both lead and contribute. You'll write content yourself, review and improve work from other writers, create content briefs, and ensure everything we publish supports a broader user acquisition strategy.
We need someone who understands that great content isn't measured by word count - it's measured by rankings, traffic, conversions and signups. Every page should solve a customer problem, answer a search intent and move the business forward.
You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Leadership to build content that is useful, discoverable and measurable.
Roles and Responsibilities
Own Setmore's content strategy across the website, blogs, feature pages, solution pages and industry pages.
Write high quality content alongside the existing content team, including landing pages, product pages, blogs, customer stories and feature announcements.
Review, edit and improve content produced by other writers to maintain consistency, quality and search performance.
Create content briefs that clearly define objectives, search intent, messaging and structure.
Build topical authority through content clusters and internal linking strategies.
Partner with Product Marketing to support feature launches with landing pages, announcements, support articles and launch content.
Continuously optimize existing content based on search rankings, engagement and conversion data.
Work closely with SEO to improve organic visibility through content optimisation, technical recommendations and AI Search (GEO/AEO) initiatives.
Measure content performance using Search Console, GA4 and other analytics tools, and make data-driven improvements.
Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, drafting and optimisation while maintaining editorial quality.
