Job description

Operations Manager

This is not a routine supervisory role. It is a high-accountability position for a seasoned operator who thrives in structured environments, understands how to elevate service delivery, and is passionate about hospitality systems, people, and performance. The ideal candidate will support the Strategic General Manager in translating our transformation strategy into day-to-day excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead all aspects of daily operations—including housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and guest services—with a sharp focus on standards, speed, and efficiency.

  2. Strengthen SOPs across all departments and ensure continuous compliance with operational standards, guest expectations, and health/safety regulations.

  3. Track operational KPIs and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded across occupancy, guest satisfaction, and service delivery metrics.

  4. Supervise department leads and frontline staff to ensure accountability, productivity, and alignment with the company’s culture and service values.

  5. Ensure seamless guest experience by managing guest feedback, resolving issues promptly, and implementing service recovery protocols.

  6. Oversee inventory, supplier coordination, facilities maintenance, and vendor management in alignment with cost and quality benchmarks.

  7. Conduct regular operational reviews, risk audits, and training sessions to embed a culture of excellence and learning.

  8. Collaborate with the Strategic General Manager on reporting, strategic alignment, and departmental planning initiatives.

  9. Serve as a role model for disciplined execution, professionalism, and responsive leadership.

Who You Are

  1. A seasoned hospitality operations expert with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations.

  2. Deeply familiar with hospitality workflows, standards, and compliance structures.

  3. Proactive, highly organized, and results-driven, with an ability to prioritize competing demands and lead through challenges.

  4. Skilled in guest engagement, team leadership, staff training, and quality assurance.

  5. Technologically aware, comfortable with hospitality management systems (e.g., PMS, task tracking, housekeeping software).

  6. A team player and people developer—able to coach, guide, and get the best out of staff.

  7. A hands-on executor who is meticulous with details but never loses sight of the big picture.

  8. Committed to professionalism, continuous improvement, and exceeding expectations

  9. Passionate about hospitality, people, and operational excellence.
