For our Swiss subsidiary within the Human Health Division, we are currently looking for a Brand and Customer Manager – Pulmonary Hypertension (m/f/d) (BCM PH).

In this role, you will define and implement the marketing and customer engagement strategy to drive sustainable growth of our Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) portfolio. You will act as a key integrator across functions, ensuring consistent and impactful customer experience along the PH patient pathway.

You will work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Digital & Data Analytics teams to shape and execute an integrated strategy. In addition, you will contribute to advancing our omnichannel engagement model and strengthening our position in this highly specialized disease area.

We are looking for a strategic and innovative thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo and explore new ways of creating value for patients and healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in shaping customer-centric approaches and driving business impact in a complex and evolving environment.

Your responsibilities

Analyze the local PH market environment, including epidemiology, treatment landscape, referral pathways and competitive dynamics, to identify commercial opportunities

Develop and implement the brand and customer engagement strategy for the PH portfolio in Switzerland

Drive integrated marketing activities (online, offline, and hybrid) aligned with customer needs and channel preferences

Allocate resources and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal return on investment and alignment with strategic priorities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Digital) to ensure aligned and impactful execution

Support the development of account-specific strategies for key PH centers and stakeholders

Generate actionable customer insights and translate them into meaningful engagement and value creation

Develop robust forecasts based on a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, access to the environment and patient flows

Optimize customer engagement through data-driven decision making and continuous performance tracking

Design and execute innovative engagement approaches, including pilot initiatives and scaling of successful models

Align with Medical Affairs on non-promotional initiatives and ensure a coordinated approach to stakeholder engagement

Initiate and guide market research activities to deepen understanding of stakeholder needs and identify barriers to optimal patient care

Maintain close collaboration with field teams and key stakeholders (e.g. PH specialists, cardiologists, pulmonologists and treatment centers)

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business or Economics preferred

Fluency in German and English required; French is a plus

Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing, digital or customer-facing roles

Strong understanding of specialty care environments; experience in rare diseases or complex treatment pathways is an advantage

High digital affinity and interest in innovative engagement approaches

Experience with agile ways of working (e.g. Agile, Scrum)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix environments

Resilience, adaptability, and strong results orientation
