As an FME Developer - Associate, you will engage in client support within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Field Service & Operations Modernisation. You will contribute to the development and implementation of business application solutions, specifically within the Maximo Consulting domain. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and engage in research to support senior staff. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using these challenges as opportunities for growth. By leveraging a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques, you will generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy and objectives of your projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing and integrating IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to enhance client operations
• Collaborating with teams to implement middleware architecture for seamless application integrations
• Utilizing Maximo software for asset management and field service mobility projects
• Supporting the modernization of field service and operations through emerging technologies
• Engaging in project management tasks to optimize energy utilities and grid modernization initiatives
• Participating in solution architecture design for enterprise integration and supply chain management
• Applying intellectual curiosity to explore new technologies and improve asset management processes
• Assisting in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture for client support

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
• Demonstrating proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management
