We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of related experience to assist with a variety of survey and civil engineering projects.
You’ll play a key role in performing fieldwork and processing technical data for boundary, topographic, construction staking, and control surveys . As an employee-owner, you’ll directly contribute to our company’s success while expanding your career in an engaging environment.

Goals & Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
- Operate total stations, GPS systems, and data collectors; set up and manage GPS for survey control; and collect accurate field measurements while ensuring proper equipment use
- Assist in preparing maps, plots, and legal descriptions
- Perform calculations and data adjustments for accuracy and consistency
- Complete construction layout and staking for engineering projects
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and technicians to meet project deadlines
- Maintain and organize survey equipment and vehicles
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or technical training in surveying preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in land surveying or related field preferred
- Proficiency with survey equipment (Trimble GPS, total stations, data collectors) preferred
- Knowledge of surveying principles and practices preferred
- Experience with Civil 3D, CAD, and Pix4D software is a plus
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
