Sterilization Technician

We are looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our team at Covington Family Dentistry! We’re committed to providing modern, conservative care to all our patients, while making them feel like they’re right at home. Our team makes our patients feel confident in their smiles while creating lasting, meaningful relationships along the way.

Schedule: Flexible to Part-Time or Full-Time! Practice hours are Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $22-$27/hour

Job responsibilities/duties

Preparing operatories for treatment

Processing instruments for sterilization

Take x-rays and intraoral photos when needed

Keep sterilization organized and clean

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Perform lab duties such as pouring models

Stock supplies and maintain equipment

Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a Sterilization Technician OR applicable certification

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Attention to detail
