Ocean Inbound Analyst - Logistics
Job description
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage Ocean Inbound and drayage operations
- Perform daily inbound shipment tracking and follow up on pending shipments
- Conduct freight invoice verification
- Manage carrier performance and coordinate with drayage providers
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, factories, warehouses, ports, and carriers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations
- Ensure shipment commitments are delivered as promised
- Maintain accurate records and closely manage operational details
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field of study
- 0-2 years of Logistics experience
- Some Supply Chain experience with international suppliers and carriers
- Experience with MS Excel (Pivot Table & Lookup function)
- Experience with SAP ERP or other logistics software is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Electronics logistics experience preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and responsible
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate among multiple internal and external stakeholders
