The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP AI Consulting Manager to lead strategic client engagements, business transformation initiatives, government tenders, and enterprise ERP implementations.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced consultant who enjoys working with executive stakeholders, leading complex transformation programs, and delivering innovative ERP and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Client Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, Executive Directors, and senior business leaders.
• Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and business transformation initiatives.
• Advise organisations on ERP modernisation, AI adoption, and business process improvement.
• Present strategic recommendations to steering committees and governance boards.

Business Consulting

• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design future-state operating models enabled by ERP and AI.
• Develop business requirements, solution designs, implementation roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
• Facilitate solution validation workshops and executive reviews.

Government Tenders & Business Development

• Lead responses to RFIs, RFQs, RFTs, and Expressions of Interest.
• Prepare high-quality proposal responses aligned with evaluation criteria.
• Support solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.

ERP AI Delivery

• Lead ERP implementation and transformation projects from initiation through to go-live.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate consultants, solution architects, developers, and client teams.
• Drive successful project outcomes and long-term customer success.

Practice Leadership

• Develop consulting methodologies, implementation frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Mentor consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product strategy and future platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the growth of the Turium ERP AI consulting practice.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 5+ years' experience delivering ERP, enterprise technology, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm, ERP vendor, or systems integrator.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering successful government or enterprise transformation projects.
• Demonstrated success preparing government tenders and commercial proposals.
• Strong commercial awareness and consulting mindset.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple strategic engagements.

Desirable

• Experience working with Australian Federal, State, or Local Government.
• Expertise in Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Payroll, Revenue Management, Asset Management, Customer Services, or Regulatory Services.
• Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, TechnologyOne, Workday, Infor, Civica, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Workflow Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Prosci, TOGAF, SAP, Microsoft, or TechnologyOne are highly regarded.
