We are in the animal health business, partnering with our clients in the areas of Research and Development (R&D) and manufacturing to produce pharmaceuticals for both farm and companion animals. About the role

Our Stability & Validation team is looking for an experienced Validation Chemist who can build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Reporting to the Head of MSAT, you will play a key role in performing stability and validation activities across the business. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

As a Validation Chemist, you will be responsible for performing cleaning validations, method validations, method transfers, preparation and review of stability and validation protocols and reports, specifications, SOPs, and analytical test methods, review of validation raw data and assisting with the stability programme.

You'll play a key role in supporting validation and stability activities, reviewing complex analytical data, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure robust processes, data integrity, and high standards are consistently achieved.

Your background, experience and attributes will include

  • Previous experience (5+ years) working in analytical chemistry
  • Laboratory equipment experience to an intermediate level
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office tools to an intermediate level
  • Good knowledge cGMP requirements and laboratory procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • A good understanding of health and safety
  • Good communication skills both written and oral, and ability to work collaboratively
  • High energy and commitment to company values
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask and time manage effectively
  • Seek to understand issues, trends, and opportunities within Argenta and the industry and incorporate this knowledge into daily work
  • Commit to continuous improvement
