The Role
We are looking for a IT Specialist to support the day-to-day technology needs of our office and manufacturing teams.
This role is responsible for keeping our employees productive by providing hands-on IT support, maintaining company devices and networks, and helping ensure our business applications run smoothly. You'll work with both office staff and manufacturing employees to troubleshoot technical issues, deploy new hardware, maintain user accounts, and support our growing technology infrastructure.
In addition to traditional IT support, you'll gain exposure to our ERP and CRM platforms and help identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI tools as the company continues to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working across many areas of the business.
What You'll Do
IT Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across our office and manufacturing environments
- Set up, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac computers, printers, tablets, mobile devices, and shared workstations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and email issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other business applications
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and device inventory
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Install software, perform updates, and maintain endpoint security
- Coordinate with outside vendors when additional technical support is needed
Infrastructure & Systems
- Help maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Assist with device management, software licensing, and hardware inventory
- Support remote access solutions and endpoint management
- Help ensure company technology remains secure, reliable, and up to date
Business Applications
- Support users of Epicor Kinetic ERP, HubSpot CRM, Shopify, and other business systems
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors when appropriate
- Help maintain accurate data across business applications
- Assist with testing new features and documenting system processes
AI & Continuous Improvement
- Explore practical AI tools that improve employee productivity
- Help automate repetitive tasks and improve internal workflows
- Assist employees with adopting new technology and AI solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across departments
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred
- Internship or 1–2 years of IT support experience
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Experience with business applications such as ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Exposure to AI tools, scripting, or automation is a plus
