Job description
We are currently running expression of interests to join us at our services in and around Point Cook, as an OSHC Coordinator. If you are an experienced and Diploma qualified Coordinator and would like to lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children - this is the role for you!
Our Coordinator positions typically offer permanent, part-time employment, approximately 35 hours per week, including non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
