HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series, which was founded in Germany in 2017. In our past 25/26 season we have grown into a global movement spanning 7 continents.

DESCRIPTION

To support our growing Marketing team, we are looking for a committed full-time Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our HYROX ITALY team in Milano.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll take ownership of planning, managing and executing marketing initiatives across all online and offline channels . This role goes beyond traditional social media marketing. It combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong project management , paired with a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand experience.

Own and lead event marketing for all HYROX ITALY events, including full responsibility for on-site execution across multi-day (4–5 day) events. Act as the on-site marketing lead, managing all offline and online activations, teams, coordinating stakeholders, press and ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints.

Support and contribute to marketing activities for additional European events, including potential on-site involvement where required.

Responsibility for the overall development and execution of marketing activations — from initial idea through to implementation — including full budget ownership. You’ll define and drive the strategic direction of the Italian market , continuously developing and growing its presence.

Planning and execution of OOH (out-of-home) marketing implementations

Development and delivery of on-site activations to elevate the overall event experience, with a strong “experience-first” mindset

Development and ownership of a holistic content strategy across all social media channels, including close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. global brand team, ticketing, partnerships)

Development and implementation of CRM and newsletter strategies

Strategic influencer and ambassador management, including event planning

You’ll own performance marketing activities and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights

Creativity combined with executional excellence.

Ownership mindset and ability to drive projects independently.

A strong plus: hands-on skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar marketing, project management or content-led role.

A degree in marketing, communication design, communications or a related field preferred.

Milano-based (or willing to relocate), as this role follows an office-first policy.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in Italian and in English

Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail.

A proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and growing brand engagement.

Creative mindset with experience delivering engaging content and campaigns.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willing and able to travel to all HYROX ITALY events, including weekends.

Passion for sport, fitness, or live events is highly desirable.
