Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Drive Clinic Growth: Confidently present and sell wellness plans and membership packages to new and returning patients, consistently meeting or exceeding clinic sales goals.
Community Outreach: Actively assist with local grassroots marketing efforts, building B2B relationships with neighboring Laurel businesses (gyms, wellness centers, etc.) and participating in community events.
Lead Nurturing: Re-engage inactive members through outbound phone calls and targeted outreach campaigns.
Brand Ambassadorship: Support local social media efforts or in-clinic promotions to generate excitement and foot traffic.
Patient Experience & Operations
First Impressions: Greet and check in patients with high energy, providing a friendly and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Clinic Flow: Manage the flow of patients efficiently to ensure minimal wait times and a smooth experience.
Front Desk Management: Answer phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, resolve patient inquiries, and maintain precise patient records using our POS software.
Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members and our chiropractors to guarantee exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a heavily goal-driven customer service role (retail, fitness, or wellness sales highly preferred).
Skills: Strong persuasive communication, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Mindset: Energetic, motivated, and thick-skinned; comfortable overcoming objections and closing sales.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (some college in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus!).
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/sit for long periods.
Schedule
Must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Base Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hour (Based on experience)
Uncapped Earning Potential: Generous commissions and bonus opportunities based on membership sales and clinic growth.
Perks: Free chiropractic wellness membership for you!
Growth: The opportunity to build your resume in healthcare marketing and sales.
