Job Summary
The Market Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing field sales team within an assigned territory. This role combines strategic planning with people leadership, ensuring successful execution of sales initiatives while building strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of Field Sales Managers to achieve sales and performance objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute market strategies that increase distribution, sales volume, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and market performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, bottlers, retail partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives and business priorities.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning to maximize operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategic improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and applicable regulations.
- Travel throughout the assigned market to support the field team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure successful program execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Compensation:
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
- Bonus Potential: 10%
- Communication Allowance: $150 per month
