Responsibilities

Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled

Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

Distribute work between technicians efficiently

Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.

Consult with customer on service needs, recommendations, and applicable service specials

Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow up on future service considerations

Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience

Build strong relationships with the customers

Qualifications

Minimum two years of successful experience in a dealership or other customer service position

Organized and friendly personality

Time management skills

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
