Marketing Manager – Feeser’s Food Distributors | Harrisburg, PA**

We’re searching for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand, fuel sales, and bring bold ideas to life. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Lead the planning, direction, and execution of all company marketing initiatives
- Design and manage the annual marketing program, including P&L and budget development
- Ensure all marketing solutions support customer needs and internal team objectives
- Build strategic relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors
Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (print, digital, social, PPC, SEO, email)
- Oversee all company sales and marketing events, including food shows, promotions, mini‑shows, and customer events
- Produce engaging content for the website, blog, and customer‑facing materials
- Approve all marketing collateral, from web banners to brochures and case studies
Vendor, Customer & Internal Collaboration
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, brokers, and key customers
- Partner with Purchasing and Merchandising to ensure product alignment and growth opportunities
- Administer and track negotiated marketing contracts and resolve issues as needed
- Analyze vendor performance and profitability to support strategic decisions
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Prepare and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets
- Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights
- Analyze consumer behavior to refine email, advertising, and digital strategies
- Manage and promote vendor rebate and allowance programs in collaboration with Sales and Purchasing
Team Leadership
- Interview, hire, train, and retain marketing staff
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
Skills Required

- Strong ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategic plans
- Industry and segment knowledge with strong data‑interpretation skills
- Exceptional time management, organization, and administrative abilities

- Proven success leading cross‑channel marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Strong numerical literacy and comfort with metrics and spreadsheets
- Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for excellent copy
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong event‑planning and cross‑department collaboration skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of marketing and promotional experience
- Experience in foodservice distribution marketing (preferred, not required)
- Experience managing vendor‑driven marketing and trade programs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to move between worksites as needed
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Ability to work in noisy environments
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Adequate visual acuity (close, distance, color, depth perception, focus adjustment)
