Position Overview

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, medication reminders, errands/shopping and providing one-on-one companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, medication reminders, errands/shopping and providing one-on-one companionship.
• Attend trainings at the nursing personnel office as required by managers.

Cover cases in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, The Bronx or Nassau County on Long Island.

Work up to two replacement same-day cases per day during your scheduled work hours.

Requirements

Home Health Aide Certification

Proof of address, photo ID, and Social Security card.

A physical form within the last 9 months

Two letters of reference (work and personal)

Rubella and rubeola (with laboratory results)

Drug screen within the last 9 months

Quantiferon test within the last 9 months

Pay Range

USD $19.65 - USD $19.65 /Hr.
