What you will do: The Master Level Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to youth in a residential treatment setting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, preparing progress and discharge reports, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with families and outside service providers. The therapist also supports client transportation for therapeutic services when needed and ensures compliance with licensing, agency policies, and clinical standards.

In addition to direct clinical services, the Master Level Therapist promotes a safe and therapeutic environment by mentoring staff and students, participating in quality improvement efforts, attending required meetings and training, and maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics. At designated locations, the therapist may also conduct assessments, supervise clinical staff, coordinate with licensed mental health professionals, and oversee treatment planning.

To be considered you should: Possess a master's degree in a behavioral health-related field (or equivalent as permitted), current or eligible professional licensure, and at least one year of experience working with adolescents in a residential or juvenile justice setting. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, pass all required background and medical screenings, demonstrate strong clinical, communication, organizational, and computer skills, maintain confidentiality, and be able to work independently or as part of a team with a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
