PURPOSE

As Customer Project Manager, you will own end-to-end implementation projects that bring new airlines onto OCC Assistant Manager, SITA’s AI-powered Operations Control Center solution that helps airlines manage and recover from operational disruptions.

You will be accountable for taking each new airline from kick-off to go-live: connectivity, parametrization, configuration and fine-tuning, until OCC Assistant Manager solves disruptions the way the airline wants.

Reporting to the Head of Disruption Management Solutions (OCC Assistant Manager), you will be a part of the OCC Assistant Manager team responsible for implementing the product for new airline customers around the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end-to-end implementation projects for new airline customers, from kick-off to go-live

Build and run the repeatable onboarding playbook across kick-off, connectivity, data integration milestones, configuration, airline evaluation, business case and go-live

Drive every phase of the implementation: VPN connectivity to the airline’s Ops Control and Crew Control systems, solution parametrization, OCC Assistant Manager configuration, internal fine-tuning, airline evaluation, business case and go-live

Gather the information needed to parametrize the solution from the airline’s different stakeholders

Coordinate Infrastructure, Science and Customer Success so connectivity, configuration, validation, training, airline evaluation and go-live stay aligned

Provide the airline with a business case that quantifies the value delivered by OCC Assistant Manager

Coordinate and follow up on deliverables owed by airline-side stakeholders and internal teams: chase dependencies, unblock and keep every commitment on track

Track risks, timelines and client commitments, and escalate early when they are at risk

Run multiple airline implementations in parallel, across time zones and mainly remotely

Qualifications External

WHO YOU ARE

You have experience managing software implementation or integration projects for enterprise customers

You are fluent with project planning and tracking tools

You have basic SQL and enough data literacy to follow the status of a data integration

You are familiar with API and data-integration concepts

You are a strong client-facing communicator, comfortable with senior airline stakeholders

You prioritize well across multiple projects under pressure

You manage escalations and keep stakeholders aligned

You excel at disciplined remote follow-up: persistently chasing pending items without damaging relationships
