Responsibilities

Oversees departments activities, staffing and problems to facilitate a conducive working environment. Assists the Operations department with interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining of assigned personnel.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• High School or equivalent
• Three years of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting with medical supervisor experience.
• Current BCLS certificate
• Knowledge of ICD9, CPT, Coding, Medical Terminology preferred
