Senior Product Designer for PR&D

The RR&D team need to design and launch an MVP AI-powered MacOS product within 3-5 weeks.

This is not a traditional Product Designer role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building products quickly, experimenting, and learning through shipping rather than polishing for months.

The team operates like an early-stage startup with evolving processes, shared ownership, and significant cross-functional collaboration. Designers are expected to work comfortably with AI tools, prototype rapidly, and contribute beyond traditional design boundaries.

Success in this role comes from balancing speed with quality, embracing ambiguity, and continuously improving products based on real user feedback rather than striving for perfection before launch.
