Responsibilities

• Install medical equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Provide on-site service support, including corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical devices in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct site visits to verify installation requirements and prepare for service activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and solutions to customers.
• Deliver product application and technical training to customers.
• Ensure service quality, product performance, and customer satisfaction are maintained at a high standard.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Biomedical/Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years' relevant working experience in medical equipment industry
• Experience / Knowledge in surgical robotic system is an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, positive attitude with excellent trouble-shooting skills and able to work in a fast pace industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
