About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows System Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise‑grade Windows Server infrastructure. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with strong hands‑on expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and core networking services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Administer and support Active Directory , including AD DS, GPOs, users, and groups
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS , DHCP , and core TCP/IP networking
• Configure, support, and optimize Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services
• Manage and maintain VMware virtualized environments
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
• Troubleshoot complex OS, networking, and infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure stable operations
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
• Ensure best practices for security hardening , patching, backup, and recovery
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Work with patch management and monitoring tools
• Provide support for cloud‑related initiatives (Azure/AWS exposure)

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience as a Windows System Engineer
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2012–2022)
• Solid expertise in Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, users, groups)
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services
• Hands‑on VMware virtualization experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Good communication and documentation skills
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience with patch management & monitoring tools
• Exposure to Azure or AWS
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent process knowledge
