Your Mission

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of a leading global tech brand. You will guide Italian-speaking customers, help them choose the right products, solve their technical inquiries, and ensure they receive a five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage & Consult: Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Inbound Sales Support: Help customers make informed purchasing decisions, matching their needs with the best tech products and services.
• Post-Sales Care: Manage queries regarding deliveries, refunds, warranties, and order tracking.
• Exceed Goals: Meet quarterly performance and sales targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
• CRM Management: Log and manage customer data accurately in our systems.

What You Bring to the Team

• Languages: Native or near-native Italian , with a solid command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Mindset: Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems, and passionate about tech products.
• Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and a natural sales drive.
• Experience in Customer Support or Sales is a strong plus, but we provide full training!
• Flexibility: Available to work rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 19:00).

Compensation & Benefits (A Solid Start in Portugal)

We offer a highly competitive package that allows you to live comfortably in Portugal:

• Base Salary: 14,336 EUR gross/year (Paid out as 1,024 EUR x 14 months —including the standard Portuguese Christmas and Summer holiday bonuses!).
• Performance Bonus: Up to 225 EUR/month gross (up to 2,700 EUR gross annually).
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR net per working day (paid on a meal card, approx. 150 EUR/month tax-free).
• Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month .
• Total Yearly Package: 16,484.72 EUR base value + up to 2,700 EUR in bonuses .
• Private Health Insurance: Active from day one (and completely free of charge after 6 months!).
• Contract: Initial 6-month contract with high potential for permanent renewal.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday–Saturday) with Sundays + 1 rotating day off per week.
• Work Setup: 100% Remote (hardware provided).
