Preschool Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Preschool Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our children and staff. This role plays an important part in ensuring the wellbeing of young children in a preschool setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, play areas, toilets, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and wipe down surfaces
• Dispose of rubbish and replace trash liners
• Clean and disinfect toys, furniture, and equipment as required
• Refill soap, tissue, and cleaning supplies
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards at all times
• Assist with food preparation when preschool cook is not around

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience preferred
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties
• Detail-oriented with good hygiene practices
• Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a preschool/childcare environment
