Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with questions regarding destinations, travel options, and vacation planning
- Provide support throughout the reservation and coordination process
- Research accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and travel experiences
- Help organize itineraries and ensure travel arrangements are properly documented
- Communicate travel confirmations, schedules, updates, and important reminders
- Support clients with itinerary revisions, travel changes, and special requests
- Review booking information and travel details to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
- Utilize company resources and supplier tools to support traveler needs
- Participate in training programs, destination education, and ongoing professional development
