About the Role

Our Client is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead their demand generation and brand-building agenda.

You will be accountable for creating a predictable flow of ICP-fit inbound opportunities, strengthening their credibility with enterprise buyers, and ensuring their website, content and social channels reflect the quality of our solutions and ambition of the business. You will own growth strategy, campaign execution, marketing performance and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Demand Generation and Pipeline

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across SEO, GEO, paid media, LinkedIn, email, webinars, CRM nurture, partnerships and events.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads aligned with the Client's priority ICPs, markets and products.
  • Work closely with Sales to define lead quality, improve handovers and increase conversion from lead to opportunity.
  • Track marketing contribution to qualified pipeline, opportunities and revenue
  • Develop nurture journeys for different buyer personas, industries and stages of the buying cycle.

Positioning, GTM and Website

  • Refine the Client's messaging, ICPs and value propositions across employee engagement, customer loyalty and channel incentives.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for priority products, verticals, features, campaigns and market expansion.
  • Ensure their website is regularly updated, conversion-focused and benchmarked against relevant competitors.
  • Improve website performance through stronger landing pages, product pages, proof points, case studies, SEO content and conversion journeys.

Brand, Content and Thought Leadership

  • Build the Client's authority through podcasts, webinars, research, PR, client stories, executive content and long-form thought leadership.
  • Ensure LinkedIn and other relevant channels are active, high-quality and useful to enterprise buyers.
  • Lead a clear content calendar linked to commercial priorities, product launches, client proof points and industry trends.
  • Drive a consistent, premium brand identity and tone of voice across all external communications.

Marketing Operations and Team Leadership

  • Own marketing reporting across traffic, lead quality, conversion, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution and channel performance.
  • Ensure HubSpot is used effectively for segmentation, automation, lead scoring, campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Lead, coach and set clear KPIs for the SEO & Performance Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Client Success to align campaigns, GTM priorities, customer stories and upsell opportunities.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve the speed, quality and scalability of marketing execution.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, HR tech, loyalty, CX or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven experience driving demand generation and measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, paid media, CRM/email marketing, content, website optimization and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, reporting, lifecycle stages and campaign tracking.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and comfort working with data.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small marketing team.
  • High ownership, strong pace and the ability to work directly with founders and senior sales leaders.
