Requirements

  • Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Record and track all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate unresolved issues and suggest improvements.
  • Provide user training and guidance on product features to enhance user experience.
  • Keep updated with the latest product developments and technological trends to better assist customers.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating helpful documentation.
