We now have two full-time positions available for Senior Registered Nurses to be part of our committed and passionate leadership team based at our clinical trial centre in Nedlands.
Your Role in Our Future As a Senior Nurse with Linear, you will lead the delivery of innovative clinical trials while providing clinical leadership and mentoring to wonderful clinical team of Research Nurses and Clinical Assistants. Working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external teams you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of clinical trial activities, drive quality and compliance, support continuous improvement, and help shape the future growth of our clinical research unit.
You will also provide a key role in the onboarding and training and mentoring of new staff ensuring staff are competent and are trained to deliver clinical duties in line with study protocol, regulations and requirements.

Some of your time will be spent,
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Research Nurses and Clinical Trial Assistants.
- Coordinate complex study activities including screening, dosing and participant follow-up.
- Support study start-up, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement, audits and accreditation activities.
- Assist with operational planning, capacity management and service delivery.
Both roles will be based at our clinical trial centre, Hospital Avenue, Nedlands and will be offered on a full-time basis. We generally work 7.5 hours per day Monday - Friday across both day and afternoon shifts
Your Experience Ideally you're an experienced Registered Nurse with a pa. With strong clinical judgement, leadership and communication skills, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring participant safety, quality outcomes and compliance with clinical trial regulations.

- Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Has exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Has a passion for quality, participant safety and continuous improvement.
- Works well in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
